I receved an Archival Photo CDfrom walmart with pictures ofmy kids and can't get it toopen on my comuptor.?
I Have a windows xp what am i missing on here to be able to open this and see the pictures thy put on the cd for me, please help. I try ed down loading adobe reader but no luck,
The pictures on the cd are saved as .jpg so your comp. should open it no problem. There may have been an issue when they made the cd, which most likely isn't their fault so don't get mad at them. Machines can do funny things sometimes. To check it take it back to Wal-Mart and put it in their photo kiosk, if they show up then it's something with your computer, and if they don't just ask the employees if they still have your files(most likely not), take your files/negatives in and I'm sure they would be more than happy to make you another one.
